Shipping
Purchases from ZENI Athletics will be shipped by USPS within 1-2 business days after purchase.
Shipping will then take 2-3 business days and tracking information is provided by USPS.
Returns
Customers are allowed to return their purchased products within 14 days of receipt as long as they are still in new condition. (unused, unworn, and in original packaging) If returned products are not eligible for return the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Products not eligible for return include products that are: used, worn, washed, not in original packaging, and items purchased on sale.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size/color please mail it back to the above address with a note including which size/color you'd like to exchange it for.
Exchanges are limited to one free exchange. Customer must pay for additional exchanges if needed.
Products eligible for exchange are the same as products eligible for return.
